نصب نرم افزار VMD در اوبونتو

برای نصب نرم افزار VMD در اوبونتو طبق زیر عمل کنید

بعد از دانلود فایل

tar -zxvf (file name).tar.gz
cd (folder name)

configure/.

cd src

make install

step1                            download plugin

step2 press ctrl+shift+A

step 3 choose extensions

step 4 klick option adblock

step 5 choose block all pop ap and klick ok

install Autodock vina on ubuntu

step2 go to directory home and pres ctrl+h open profile.txt than export file vina
